AN319 Bacterial Bladder Infection causing UTI (irritations, pain and inflammation) Urethritis, Hematuria (blood in urine) or urine dribbling- cat or dog - all other species
Code: AN319 50ml
Lower urinary tract disease (LUTD) covers a range of disorders from mild to serious. The signs of LUTD are usually referred to as lower urinary tract signs or LUTS.
~ The most common signs of LUTD include:
~ Difficult or painful urination
~ Increased frequency of urination
~ Crying out while urinating
~ Blood in the urine
~ Inappropriate urination (that is, outside of the litter box)
~ Frequent licking of the genital region.
In cats, LUTS often have more than one cause and may be brought on by infections, inflammation, diet, and behavioral issues. See HAMPL Cystitis Clear 14 formula drops and use in conjunction with HAMPL Infection Fighter 71 50ml (a herbal antibiotic) or HAMPL Bladder Infection 50ml liquid (email or phone to order the Bladder Infection herbal antibiotic)
Recommend the homeopathic HAMPL BladderClear 15 50ml (1.7oz)
Bladder infections are a form of urinary tract infection (UTI), but not all UTIs are bladder infections. According to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), bladder infections are the most common type of UTI. Doctors or Veterinarians may also call them cystitis. *See homeopathicHAMPL Cystitis 14 formula dropsin conjunction with herbal HAMPL Bladder Infection 319 50ml liquid
Infections commonly foundare Staphylococcus Bacteria, Proteus bacteria, E.Coli bacteria, Pseudomonas Aer Bacteria, Pseudomonas Mallei Bacteria, Septicemia. Associated bladder issues can present them self as paralysis of sphincter, paralysis & spasms of the neck of the bladder, stricture of the rectum, urination difficulty-paralysis, sciatica, spasmodic stricture with constipation with retention of urine, neuralgia, bladder infections.
If treating Bladder Polyps, and if you get an Ultrasound down the track and even if it is showing that all polyps are gone, your vet may or may not see lining of the surface could be still a little thick,(which can cause some bleeding) then we suggest using the homeopathic HAMPL Keloid 58 - scar tissue formula drops. Plus add a teaspoon of "Wheat Germ Oil" (natural vitamin E) into the daily diet. *check the expiry date of the oil is still current.
will often show the above signs but will pass little or no urine and will become increasingly distressed. Immediately use the homeopathic HAMPL Bladder Clear 15 50ml drops. Common causes of LUTS in cats. Some of the most common causes of LUTS include idiopathic cystitis, a painful bladder condition; urolithiasis (also called urinary stones), in which solid material forms in the urinary tract; and urethral obstruction, a blockage of the urinary tract.
Feline idiopathic cystitis (FIC) is the most common diagnosis in cats with LUTS (idiopathic means “of unknown cause”). FIC is a catchall term used to describe cases of LUTS in which all diagnostics fail to confirm the cat has another disease. Cats suffering from FIC make frequent attempts to urinate, probably as a result of bladder discomfort, and often are found to have blood in their urine. Signs of lower urinary tract disease in cats with FIC often resolve within a couple of weeks regardless of treatment, so most veterinarians treat the condition in order to prevent the signs from recurring.
Urethritis is an inflammation of the urethra due to injury, infection
Chronic active granulomatous urethritis
Associated with cystitis (bladder infection/inflammation), vaginitis (vaginal infection/inflammation), prostatitis (prostate infection/inflammation)
Squamous cell carcinoma
Transitional cell carcinoma
Idiopathic (unknown cause)
For Urethritis treatment use the HAMPL Bladder Clear 15 formula, in conjunction with the herbal antibiotic called HAMPL Bladder Infection 319 50ml liquid.
Causing Hematuria (Blood in Urine) * Hematuria is the presence of red blood cells in the urine. Bacterial infections of the urinary and genital tracts such as cystitis (bladder infection), vaginitis or prostatitis. Use the homeopathic Bleed Repair 197 drops in conjunction with the herbal antibiotic HAMPL Bladder Infection 319 formula
Use the above two formulas as well as the AN224 Stones - e.g. Bladder stones, kidneys stones, gallbladder stones (calcium oxalate or phosphate stones) Set of natural formulas - prevent and treat.
Has your cat already been through a "urinary catheter" procedure?
This type of surgery is done to clear obstruction of the urinary tract. It does not prevent Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease. This means the cat is likely to continue to experience recurring bloody urine, straining etc. He just will not be able to block and complicate the situation. Cats with perineal urethrostomies are predisposed to bladder infections and infection-related bladder stones.
This surgery is called the Perineal Urethrostomy or “PU” for short. Basically, the penis is removed and a new urinary opening is made. Try the HAMPL Bladder Clear 15 drops and the HAMPL Internal Repair 263-1 50ml drops. Did you know that Scar tissue damage is also often seen with cats who have had this type of surgery, rendering urination release with difficulty. We highly recommended using in conjunction with the HAMPL Keloid 58 50ml drops
There Different Types Of "Bladder Stones"
The two most common types are
1. Struvite Crystals (or stones)
2. Calcium Oxalate Crystals ( or stones).
It’s really important to find out what kind of bladder stone your dog has because treatments are entirely different. The easiest way to do this is to analyze a stone, so if your dog passes one, be sure to save it. It’s still possible to determine what kind of stone it is, even if you don’t have one, by having a urinalysis and a dog or cat urine culture done. A bladder infection caused by Staphylococci bacteria will almost always produce struvite type stones. Also, struvite stones in dogs form in alkaline urine, while calcium oxalate stones form in the acid urine.
To help maintain normal bladder health see "Calcium Oxalate Stones" or "Renal Calculi" type stones (HAMPL Stone 224-1 formulas). Along with adding the Magnesium supplement to daily meals. We recommend the ReMag Magnesium Solution drops or Magnesium Glycinate powder). Excessive calcium builds up due to lack of magnesium or deficiency of magnesium (common) will produce calcium oxalate stones. It is a gap between the vertebrae, after the pelvic bone. It is a fatal defect, which is falsely believed to only be caused by the Manx gene. However, Manx syndrome is a condition that affects all breeds of cats. When the spine develops without a tail, it may shorten the spine too much, causing the gap that leads to severe spinal defects. The symptoms of Manx Syndrome include difficulty walking and excretion dysfunction.

Use in conjunction with or any time needed the homeopathic HAMPL Acute Nephritis 19-2 drops -nephritis (inflamed kidneys).
Medicinal Herbal Uses
Uvi Ursi works by killing bacteria in the bladder and urinary tract. An extract of uva ursi is used in Europe and in traditional herbal medicine in North America, as a treatment for UTI. This herb is approved in Germany for treatment of bladder infections. The active constituent in uva ursi is arbutin. In the alkaline environment of the urine, arbutin is converted into another chemical, called hydroquinone, which kills bacteria. 3–5 ml of the tincture, three times per day is generally best.
Juniper - is used for digestion problems including upset stomach, intestinal gas (flatulence), heartburn, bloating, and loss of appetite, as well as gastrointestinal (GI) infections & intestinal worms. It is also used for urinary tract infections (UTIs), and kidney and bladder stones. Other uses include treating snakebite, diabetes, and cancer. Anti bacterial, anti catarrhal, anti fungal, anti microbial, anti viral, anti inflammatory.
Echinacea Angustifolia - a natural antibiotic, as well as antiviral, antifungal and disinfectant. Has the ability to boost the strength of t-lymphocytes. T-cells are vital to the immune system as they help the body to increase the number of antibodies that you have circulating. They work to fight off pathogenic invaders and virus's, as well as increasing the ability of the white blood cells to deal with any viruses or other micro-organisms that you may encounter. Very effective to strengthen immune system health and aid the immune system to fight the effects of colds and flu. This includes helping to treat sore throats, hay fever, coughs and upper respiratory infections such as bronchitis and sinusitis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacterial infection.
Usnea herb - usnea aids the immune system when used in a tonic. This herb is specific for strep throat and staph infections. It has antibiotic qualities that help the respiratory and urinary systems. It makes a good choice to treat sinus infections, bronchitis, pneumonia, colds, and flu, kidney and bladder infections. It has also been used successfully for yeast infections, vaginosis, trichonomosas and Chlamydia. It can help those suffering from chronic fatigue, herpes, HIV and other conditions with a depressed immune system. The herb is antibacterial and antifungal. In Chinese medicine, it is part of herbal cancer therapy, especially for cancer of the thyroid.
Goldenrod- The properties of goldenrod are similar to many other herbs: antifungal, diuretic, diaphoretic, anti-inflammatory, expectorant, astringent, antiseptic, and carminative. However, the actions of goldenrod to the kidneys, urinary track, skin, allergies, and cardiovascular system are impressive.
Horsetail - Horsetail is an astringent herb and has a diuretic action. It has an affinity for the urinary tract where it can be used to sooth inflammation, anemia, hanaemorrhaging, cystic ulceration, ulcers, and cystitis and to treat infections.
Couch Grass - Couch grass has been used to treat gout, rheumatic disorders, chronic skin conditions, and urinary tract, bladder, and kidney disorders
Dandelion Leaf - The health benefits of dandelion include relief from liver disorders, diabetes, urinary disorders, acne, jaundice, cancer and anemia
Works on clearing - Corona virus, E. Coli, herpes virus, some cancers, Plasmodium falciparum, Cryptococcus Neoforms, Proteus mirabilis, Proteus vulgaris, Proteus mirabilis, Pseudomonas, Candida, Klebsiella oxy, Klebsiella Pneumoniae, Asperigillus Nig, Staph and Streph bacteria (including resistant strains).
A Potent diuretic (for dropsy, for ascities). Infected mucous discharges from urethra, and for Cystitis, Pyelitis (Pyelitis is distinctly a condition of suppuration of the mucous lining of the pelvis of the kidney, a purulent inflammation of this membrane), Renal Hyperemia, (Hyperemia can be broken down into active hyperemia or passive hyperemia. However, most people refer to passive hyperemia as "congestion." So, for all practical purposes, hyperemia is an active process and congestion is passive.
Pyelonephritis. (Pyelonephritis (bacterial infection causing acute or chronic kidney inflammation), Renal hyperemia, Skin Parasites. Enhances kidney and liver function. Normally, if pyelonephritis takes place, it is due to an impairment of the cat's defenses: ureteral movement, blood supply to the kidneys, or the flap valves found between the kidney and ureters. Pyelonephritis can also develop due to kidney stones or when microbes climb upward into the ureter, spreading a lower urinary tract infection to the upper urinary tract. Blockage of an infected kidney or ureter can lead to more serious complications: sepsis, a bacterial infection of the blood; or urosepsis, an infection of the blood resulting from decomposed urine being forced into the bloodstream.
Blood in the urine
Frequent thirst (polydipsia)
Polyuria (frequent urination)
Abdominal or lower back pain
Escherichia coli (E.coli) and Staphylococcus spp. are the most common bacterial causes for infection. Other bacteria which may lead to pyelonephritis include - Proteus, Streptococcus, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, and Pseudomonas spp., which commonly infect the lower urinary tract, but which may ascend into the cat's upper urinary tract (prevention or treatment of high blood pressure, fluke worm - schistosomiasis),

For all species, size, and ages.
(a) “HOMEOPATHICS”are sold in either a clear liquid or tiny white pills or granules – both have no odour or taste) Easy “application dosing” for all species:
Refer to Bottle Label for suggested frequencies repeat dosing needed per day.
NOTE: the rule is one must “repeat a dose” more frequently with less time in between each application dose, which is more important than the amount given each time. Repeat application will provide faster action.
(b) “HERBAL MEDICINES ” (brown liquid – strong odour & tasting) ”Application dosing” for all species and sizes: Canine, equine, cow, sheep, goat : add herbal drops (as recommended on bottle label) to some (unsweetened apple sauce or apple juice) for canines and oral syringe side of mouth. Can add other vitamins (crushed) Alkaline green powders etc. to mix.
Refer to Bottle Label for amount of drops per species size. e.g 60 drops = 1 teaspoon
What I do for example: If I was needing to give herb treatments and/or vitamin supplements to feline or toy dog or other small animals – I add this herbal formula to a small bowl add some boiled water (about a teaspoon) to it so to dissolve the alcohol in it, let cool, then add what vitamins If needed (powder or crushed tab – a pinch) mixed in another 50ml of water, and oral syringe once a day or twice a day …smear on a little “vegemite paste” (if cannot get Vegemite in your country, try fresh pate or slippery elm powder added can help mask the taste) around and on tip of oral syringe, as felines seem to real like the taste of this paste, but not too much as it is quite a strong taste)
(c)“NUTRITIONAL Mix ” Giving vitamins and supplements (tablets or powders) Note: always crush tablet before adding to food or liquid mix. Felines or small animals: make up 1 cup of mixture, adding approx. a pinch of some type of Green powder (alkaline powder) or Chlorella powder (cleansing of toxins) or 1/4 Teaspoons of Slippery elm powder (to mask the taste) with 1 teaspoon of herbs if you are having to also give herbal medicines (i.e. brown liquid) Med to large animals: add twice to three times the amount.
DOSING: Feline or small animal: using an oral syringe draw up 1ml and gently small sips. Or add a teaspoon to meals if they don’t mind eating it with meals (mix well into food) Do not put in Fridge. Room temp is best as too cold is dislike by felines.
DOSING: Canine, equine, cow, sheep, goat: try mixing well into food and hand piece before feeding main meals. Or dose same as suggested for felines, but add three times as much herbal medicines and vitamins to 1/2 cup of water or (unsweetened) apple sauce or apple juice.
What I do for example: If i was needing to give herb treatments and/or vitamin supplements to feline or toy dog or other small animals – I add this herbal formula to 1/2 cup of boiled hot water to it so to dissolve the alcohol in it, let cool, then add what vitamins If needed (powder or crushed tab – a pinch) mixed in another 50ml of water, and oral syringe once a day or twice a day …. smear on a little “vegemite paste” (if cannot get Vegemite in your country, try fresh pate or slippery elm powder added can help mask the taste) around and on tip of oral syringe, as felines seem to real like the taste of this paste, but not too much as it is quite a strong taste)
Slippery Elm Powder If needing to add or use Slippery Elm powder
FOR CONDITIONS like …. diarrhea, stomach ulcers, or sore inflamed mouth or mouth ulcers, constipation, or IBS (i.e. colitis), plus it can also been given as a liquid meal given orally via syringe as it is highly nutritional (oral liquid feeding) for convalescing during illness when not eating solids.
CONVALESCING ..can been given as a liquid meal given orally via syringe as it is highly nutritional (oral liquid feeding) for convalescing during illness when not eating solids or not eating very well. ~ Add a small amount of powder to the mix to enough to make a runny liquid mix, if you put too much of the powder it will become thick and gluggy, if this happens you will need to add more liquid to it. Can add crushed vitamins and herbal medicines to this as well. OPTIONS: Oral dose in syringe or add to meals three times a day or more to maintain normal health again, then can stop or reduce frequencies.
