AN230 Eye Ulcers, Keratitis on its eye cornea. Pterygium, pannus, lesions, ulcer on cornea, entropian (eyelids rolling inward), peeling cornea, eye covered fleshy membrane, equine keratitis (epithelial IMMK), hay poke-guinea pigs.
Common lesions include:
plaque keratitis of herpes zoster and interstitial keratitis,
tears causing damages to the cornea or pannus (cornea lesions),
pterygium growths - on the conjunctiva of the eye.
entropian (eyelids rolling inward)
dislocated eye lens
blepharitis (inflammation of eye lid or block glands)
Having these conditions your pet will sometime experience acute pain and inflammation, or just red and swollen eyes, along with the needed final repair of clearing scar tissue, an opacity of the cornea, tissue repair, calcareous deposits, reabsorb fibrotic conditions.
~ Research - has shown that certain minerals, amino acids, and vitamin deficiencies have cause eye health degenerative conditions. As homeopathic medicines are less effective if nutritionally depleted. Heavy metal toxins can also block nutrition from being absorbed. I.e. vaccinations.
We would suggest also using
HAMPL Eye "Pain Eze" 230-1 30ml
HAMPL Eye "Repair " 230-2 50ml
HAMPL Acute Inflamed 185-1 30ml
If glaucoma is present or eye is bulging, we suggest also using the homeopathic Glaucoma remedy
HAMPL Glaucoma 76-1(b) 50ml (1.7oz)
Blepharitis means inflammation of the eyelid.
Allergies to insect bites, inhalant allergens, or food may cause blepharitis. Bacterial infections may cause localized abscesses of glands in the eyelids or generalized infections of the eyelids. In some cases, infection with Staphylococcus bacteria (staph) may lead to an allergic reaction, called Staphylococcus hypersensitivity.
Occasionally, a fungal infection may be the cause of blepharitis. Localized blepharitis may be caused by a chalazion, an inflammation of a meibomian gland associated with a reaction to the secretions from the gland.
We recommend trying the homeopathic:
HAMPL Drawing Out 16 drops - clears and drains gland blockages and any pus.
HAMPL Infection Clear 70 - homeopathic antibiotic
if your Vet suspects a fungal infection also use in conjunction with the:
HAMPL Internal Fungal Herbs 212-3 50ml drops are added to food and also diluted and clean eye with.
Getty ImagesImmune-mediated keratitis (IMMK) is a common non-infectious eye condition in horses.
Symptoms of this form of the condition may include:
( e.g. Hay poke in guinea pigs - eye damage Or other physical injuries to the eye, Eye lids irritations - due to eyelids rolling inwards)
Refer to: HAMPL Eye Repair 230-2 50ml (1.7oz) drops, in conjunction with HAMPL Pain Eze 32 drops,
Plus for Ingrown Eyelashes
Add several drops twice a day of the ReMyte minerals (which has boron in it for ingrowing eyelashes)
Occurs almost exclusively in cats. There is thought to be a link with feline herpesvirus-1 infection. There is a breed predisposition for sequestrum formation. Most commonly they are found in Persian, Himalayan and Siamese cats.
1. Medical management. With careful medical management, a sequestrum can slowly ‘slough’ off the front of the eye. This process may take a year. The concern is that their eye is uncomfortable for most of this time and that the damaged cornea left behind could develop another sequestrum. Medical treatment may be artificial tears, Interferon (an anti-viral), antibiotics, or a combination.
2. Surgical management. In most cases, surgery provides for a more rapid and complete resolution of the condition and it is less likely (although still a possibility) that the condition will reoccur.
Recurrence - If another sequestrum develops it can happen in days, months or years, and it cannot be predicted. If it does recur, further surgery will be recommended. But if you assist your cat's overall health with minerals and vitamin supplements and homeopathics the likely hood of recurrence is far less likely to happen. Avoiding heavy metal toxins and other depleting of minerals and vitamins.

Lomatium Root - The root’s anti-viral action is combined with a respiratory clearing action that is especially useful for dealing with the secondary infections caused by many strains of influenza. Lomatium root is most famous for its ability to increase resistance to certain viruses. It is effective for treating "Cytomegalovirus" "Cytomegalovirus" (also known as CMV, is related to the Herpes Virus, also called Feline Viral Rhinopneumonitis (FVR), Rhinotracheitis virus and Feline Herpes virus type 1 (FHV-1). * Internal Use: an herbal and homeopathic formula is given mixed into meals/food then hand feed that piece of food. Or I often find it easier to dilute in some small amount of hot water to dissolve alcohol then add to some more water or beef or salmon juice for taste with a pinch of slippery elm powder (optional). Then small sips orally with a syringe until the desired amount has been taken. As this has a strong smell and taste, cats and toy dogs do not like the taste or smell of herbal medicines.
* Topical Use: this herbal formula can be also diluted in some warm water and dab or use a spray bottle or drip onto the infected eye, and apply three or more times a day on affected areas. i.e for Mastitis conditions. Can also add to some non-scented moisturizing cream and apply topically to wounds or infections in conjunction with taking this orally in food.
For all species, size, and ages.
(a) “HOMEOPATHICS”are sold in either a clear liquid or tiny white pills or granules – both have no odour or taste) Easy “application dosing” for all species:
Refer to Bottle Label for suggested frequencies repeat dosing needed per day.
NOTE: the rule is one must “repeat a dose” more frequently with less time in between each application dose, which is more important than the amount given each time. Repeat application will provide faster action.
(b) “HERBAL MEDICINES ” (brown liquid – strong odour & tasting) ”Application dosing” for all species and sizes: Canine, equine, cow, sheep, goat : add herbal drops (as recommended on bottle label) to some (unsweetened apple sauce or apple juice) for canines and oral syringe side of mouth. Can add other vitamins (crushed) Alkaline green powders etc. to mix.
Refer to Bottle Label for amount of drops per species size. e.g 60 drops = 1 teaspoon
What I do for example: If I was needing to give herb treatments and/or vitamin supplements to feline or toy dog or other small animals – I add this herbal formula to a small bowl add some boiled water (about a teaspoon) to it so to dissolve the alcohol in it, let cool, then add what vitamins If needed (powder or crushed tab – a pinch) mixed in another 50ml of water, and oral syringe once a day or twice a day …smear on a little “vegemite paste” (if cannot get Vegemite in your country, try fresh pate or slippery elm powder added can help mask the taste) around and on tip of oral syringe, as felines seem to real like the taste of this paste, but not too much as it is quite a strong taste)
(c)“NUTRITIONAL Mix ” Giving vitamins and supplements (tablets or powders) Note: always crush tablet before adding to food or liquid mix. Felines or small animals: make up 1 cup of mixture, adding approx. a pinch of some type of Green powder (alkaline powder) or Chlorella powder (cleansing of toxins) or 1/4 Teaspoons of Slippery elm powder (to mask the taste) with 1 teaspoon of herbs if you are having to also give herbal medicines (i.e. brown liquid) Med to large animals: add twice to three times the amount.
DOSING: Feline or small animal: using an oral syringe draw up 1ml and gently small sips. Or add a teaspoon to meals if they don’t mind eating it with meals (mix well into food) Do not put in Fridge. Room temp is best as too cold is dislike by felines.
DOSING: Canine, equine, cow, sheep, goat: try mixing well into food and hand piece before feeding main meals. Or dose same as suggested for felines, but add three times as much herbal medicines and vitamins to 1/2 cup of water or (unsweetened) apple sauce or apple juice.
What I do for example: If i was needing to give herb treatments and/or vitamin supplements to feline or toy dog or other small animals – I add this herbal formula to 1/2 cup of boiled hot water to it so to dissolve the alcohol in it, let cool, then add what vitamins If needed (powder or crushed tab – a pinch) mixed in another 50ml of water, and oral syringe once a day or twice a day …. smear on a little “vegemite paste” (if cannot get Vegemite in your country, try fresh pate or slippery elm powder added can help mask the taste) around and on tip of oral syringe, as felines seem to real like the taste of this paste, but not too much as it is quite a strong taste)
Slippery Elm Powder If needing to add or use Slippery Elm powder
FOR CONDITIONS like …. diarrhea, stomach ulcers, or sore inflamed mouth or mouth ulcers, constipation, or IBS (i.e. colitis), plus it can also been given as a liquid meal given orally via syringe as it is highly nutritional (oral liquid feeding) for convalescing during illness when not eating solids.
CONVALESCING ..can been given as a liquid meal given orally via syringe as it is highly nutritional (oral liquid feeding) for convalescing during illness when not eating solids or not eating very well. ~ Add a small amount of powder to the mix to enough to make a runny liquid mix, if you put too much of the powder it will become thick and gluggy, if this happens you will need to add more liquid to it. Can add crushed vitamins and herbal medicines to this as well. OPTIONS: Oral dose in syringe or add to meals three times a day or more to maintain normal health again, then can stop or reduce frequencies.

Some years ago my horse suffered from a keratitis on its eye cornea. I tryed every conventional treatment for about two years with no results. I was really desperate. I found Hampl searcing on the web and I tryed AN 230 for eyes repair. In about three day my horse's eye healed completely. Keratitis never came back.
Our cat got a bad scratch to his eye with Feline ****** virus was also indicated. The vet said he would most likely have to have eye removed. Best case was he would have diminished vision due to scarring. The only chance was to stitch the 3rd eyelid over it and leave it for 2 months, and hope he didn't get an infection. He gave a long lasting (2 week) antibiotic injection. And said to use chlorsig drops if needed, over the 2 months. After 3 days, there was a huge amount of pus coming out from behind the eyelid. A few days later, the stitch was removed so the infection could be cleaned more thoroughly. The eye was ulcerated, into a circle shape about 5mm diameter, located in the centre of the pupil. We started with Eye Pain Eze, Infection Clear and Eye Repair remedies along with Eye-O-Rinse to clean, and Chlorsig drops We didn't notice improvement to the infection (amount of pus) but after a few applications of each, as well as Eye-O-Rinse in the eye, he was much happier, so I believe that the Pain Eze and/or Rinse were giving him comfort. After a few days of above and chlorsig, with no reduction in the infection, we added the Drawing Out remedy also. Infection discharge increased for a short time, and then reduced a lot, though still an obvious infection. I contacted HAMPL, asking for a Mini Bioscan. Within three applications of the remedies (including Herbal Infection Fighter, given ****** and as eye drops), we had a massive improvement. Within two days, discharge was down to very minimal, and he was back to his usual self in temperament. There has continued to be a minimal discharge (thicker than normal, brownish liquid) from the eye, so I kept going with Herbal Infection Fighter (****** and as eye drops/cleaning) along with Eye Repair remedy for the last three to four weeks, I didn't start the Scar Tissue remedy during this time because instructions were to use 'after all infection is gone', and to me, because there is still a discharge, there is still infection. We have just started using Scar Tissue Remedy. Will keep you updated.
I used it in my cat with eye infection that didn't clear with lots of different antibotic but it cleard after two days from using this great product
Continuing to use this. We have had a chronic problem with this and corneal Ulcers, ****** Virus etc. Eye Specialist telling me nothing else they can do. She cleared up beautifully for a couple weeks then came back again. I do believe she had a secondary Infection going on that the Homepathics alone could not fix. Sheis now on 20 days of Doxy (ABX) and looks much better. Will continue to use these remedies in hopes of keeping it in check after we finish the ABX. (knock wood she stays better!)
I can only say I am just amazed! I have been through 3 months of the strongest meds from the vet available for my kitty for a ****** flare that would not go away. Have spent a fortune at the Vet Eye Specialist and on RX meds for her eyes. NOTHING was working, and I mean nothing. After 5 days of using these HAMPL drops, I noticed she was not squinting anymore. Today her eyes look good and are both open for the first time in 3 mos. I am praying this continues. The other meds the vet has us on were not fixing the problem and she was on the strongest ones available. Next step that the vet said was remove her eye! I also believe she was growing immune to the RX meds from the specialist. He even told me that there was nothing else they could do! So, thank you so much!
